Shipping

    Australian Orders

    Lady Kate provides free shipping on all our knitwear within Australia (orders over $100).  For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. With the option of express postage being a rate of $5. 

    Deliveries will take 2-7 working days from the date of shipping and for your security, all parcels are tracked.

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched and sent the Australia Post tracking number.  If for some reason the order is unable to be filled we will contact you to arrange a back order or refund. 

    International Orders

    Lady Kate provides free shipping on all international orders over $200 (AUD).  Rates for orders under $200 (AUD) are varied depending on your location and will show up in the checkout when you enter your shipping address.

    All orders are expected to be delivered within 6-10 days of the date of shipping and for your security all parcels can be tracked.

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched and sent the Australia Post tracking number.  If for some reason the order is unable to be filled we will contact you to arrange a back order or refund.

    Returns

    We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on any full price items.  We do not offer returns on any sale items unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

    Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging).  Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.  All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase (please remember that it may take up to 5 days for domestic orders to reach us via Australia Post).

    We offer free return postage within Australia on all items purchased online.  If you wish to return an item please email penny@ladykate.com.au to request a Return Postage Label.  We will then email you the return shipping label, so all you need to do is print the label, attach that to the parcel and drop off at your local Post Office or red parcel box.  This way, the shipping costs will be covered by Lady Kate.
